"Disappointing stay overall. We booked a two-bed suite for three adults specifically because it advertised a sofa bed, but were told at check-in those had been removed during renovations. They did waive the cot fee, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After our first night, housekeeping stripped all the beds and towels from our room as if we had checked out. After multiple trips to the front desk and over two hours of back-and-forth, we finally had all three beds made—but still had no hand towels and no replenished coffee supplies.
While they did waive the resort fee, the experience was frustrating enough that I can’t recommend staying here. The rooms and pools still feel dated despite the refresh. The restaurant and hiking trails were nice, but not enough to make up for the service issues."
