"We had a suite style room. All beds were super squeaky. Family of 5 did not sleep due to sound. The pull out couch bed was basically card board. No padding and squeaked too. The noise level!!! You could hear people below you, above you, in the hall. Super thin walls."

"Difficulty getting to the right outside door to find my room, staff not knowledgeable sending me to doors that would not let in to rooms assigned. Caused a lot of discomfort having to go to the wrong doors!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The location is excellent, in a very nice and convenient area, and the hotel itself is quite large with great amenities. While the property does feel a bit dated in some areas, and the shower had a small leak that caused some minor flooding, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for space, location, and solid service."
