"What a fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. From the friendly staff and the quality of the room. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend! 10/10"

"We loved the character of the property. It is beautifully restored, and every room is different. The location is wonderful, with restaurants, sights and shops within an easy walk. The reception staff is terrific, with a dinner recommendation that suited our request perfectly. We were in room 6, which is on the top floor. It is charming with ancient wood beams, a cosy seating area, comfortable bed and a beautiful view. This didn’t bother us, but if you are tall, the beams are quite low...

"Rent, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, Spannande byggnad från 1600-talet."

"Great stay. The hotel is well located. Rooms are pristine. And breakfast is very good"

"The room was clean, staff was friendly. Only downside is there is no elevator, and no fridge or microwave to keep food was desired temperature. Location is ideal."

I needed extra pillows and they were there in the first night. The lobby has a self serve cafe, it has food and drink and snacks. Great value !! Clean and the bed and pillows were...

"Bij dit hotel al 2 keer geweest. Een absolute aanrader!!!"

"Nice Your Hotel , For view , canal, Bar n Etc .. "

"It's a beautiful environment in an urban setting, Leiden city is easy to reach, as is other shopping and the beach. Especially at these prices, however, I feel check out at 10 am is ridiculous. Also, I expect a pitch dark room when sleeping and enough light during the day. Wifi was wobbly. Staff is friendly. Price/quality just wasn't too great, although in all honesty I had 3 bookings in a row with very different prices. The restaurant has very nice food but quantities are small."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly"

"I had asked for a large double bed and was given two twin beds pushed together which I only realised on the second night after I disappeared down the gap in the middle. The bathroom exuded an overwhelming smell of urine like it hadn’t been deep cleaned for quite a while, which permeates the room unless you keep the door shut. Also the shower was on the small and awkward side. The whole place had an air of a run down hotel that smells of cigarettes and is a bit depressing. It was a little way out...
