Hotel murah di Mortola Inferiore

"There was old food in our room fridge from previous people There was an awful smell everytime you opened the door The air con was terrible in such hot weather The staff were barley helpful on checking in We only stayed one night if our 3 night booking and checked into another hotel for the remaining 2 nights"

"Great location close to old town and la promenade. Rooftop pool and restaurant are awesome. Service is friendly and efficient. The main issue is the AC is the room. We booked a family suite with king size bed and pull-out couch and AC was not able to keep the room even comfortable, so forget cool. We were all hot at night so this was not pleasant. They advertised AC, and the prices included such a service but it's essentially non-existent. The gym was also rather disappointing for a 4-star...

"I booked 2 rooms over 10 months before the stay, and they put my family and me on 2 different floors I was charged 20 euros per day to keep my bike box at the hotel. This has never happened to me before; it's crazy The breakfast at a luxury hotel was super basic. They also had a barrier stopping people from coming in and going out, and it felt like I was in a very cheap hotel. If you wanted an omelette, you would have to pay extra; that seems to be the theme at this hotel. I won't be coming...

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"A decent hotel in an extremely convenient location. Good size rooms and friendly and helpful staff."

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff (bar and cleaning) and ladies at the front desk (manager) were friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff quickly accommodated my special requests. I would rate the staff 10/10. I felt safe as a solo traveler.
