"This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood...

"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "

"The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and mini fridge came in handy. I didn't like the frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. The shower pressure acted up every shower, not a huge deal. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was sufficient, more options would of been nice. Over nice stay for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Wintrust Sports Complex."

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."

"The hotel was great and very clean!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however we purchased breakfast from Coaches restaurant and it was worth it! Very good food. Another nice perk is free shuttles to the midway airport."

"When I checked in, they said they didn’t have any rooms ready mind you we checked in three hours later than she told me they had a room ready and went to go to my room and it was dirty beds not made trash still in the room. it was never clean And the website said they had a pool and they did not have one at the property."

"The room appeared to be cleaned. I found a child pair of panties on the table , which made me question whether or not they actually cleaned the room. I noticed mold in the bathroom in the upper top of the wall. The staff was friendly,"

"the room size was bigger than expected. i would say that if you plan to take the metro, get to midway first using the free shuttle and take the orange line. helpful staff."

"The hotel itself is excellent—brand new, clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our check-in experience on the evening of May 31 was disappointing. The front desk associate was on a phone call for about ~10–15 minutes while guests waited in line and did not acknowledge anyone waiting. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. When we finally checked in, it was difficult to get clear answers to questions...

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."
