"On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. "

"Rooms were clean, facility was clean. Breakfast lacked any protein options. Not diabetic friendly. Pancakes, biscuits, bread. Not bad, but when trying to be careful on carbohydrates it's lacking."

"My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay. "

"Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!"

Also, a big thank you to the team for helping me track down my forgotten AirPods and sending me the link to ship them home. Helpful, energetic, and kind staff!"

"Everything was great. My only complaint is that they don't clean your room daily so we ran out of towels and needed the trash taken out. Other than that my family and I loved it."

"Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking "

"Parking was easy. We couldn't turn down the heater but we were able to turn it off. Only thing we didn't like was when you turned off the lights everything turns off including tv and lamps and you couldn't turn anything on unless you flipped the lights on again."
