"I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the World Cup. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is nice, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the room had not been cleaned when I arrived, and there were no towels available. I had to go to the front desk to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping."
