"PROMPT 24 hr airport shuttle on the hour and the half. BE READY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. No waiting for stragglers. The restaurant and bar offered a respite for a weary traveler. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet despite being directly across from the elevators."

"I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty....

"The receptionist that served us seemed disinterested in the role - Eg We had to find our own way to the floor/bedroom. No general helpful info offered. Room was clean etc, tho curtains were too thin to darken the room (lots of lights on outside). Good airport location and shuttle service - the driver was really friendly and helpful."

"Very convenient to SETAC. 24 hour shuttle is reliable. Ample luggage carts allow guests to move luggage to room on own. Nearly at airport, but very quiet."

"The bathroom had some patching repair work done that looked terrible, the carpets needed to be cleaned in certain areas. The beds were comfortable, rooms are divided into certain wings which is difficult for anyone who has trouble walking distances."

"The hotel seemed older but going through renovations. The staff seemed annoyed to be at work but they did make sure to have a schedule for our shuttle. It was nice being close to the airport and that they had a shuttle for 3am pickup! The hotel was overall clean and nice for a quick stay. Love that they have free breakfast."

"MANDATORY CASH deposit even though credit card on record is so third world. ALL EXTERIOR SECURITY DOORS OPEN SO NO FEMALE SHOULD STAY THERE!?"

"Aside from the breakfast experience, everything was as expected, and the front desk staff was very helpful. As for the breakfast experience, the toaster wasn’t working properly, and the breakfast staff were not using gloves, which didn’t feel sanitary."
