"This is the most beautiful and charming hotel in the area. It is the most ancient hotel Saint Emilion, but remodeled and with all the comfort inside and at the same time still conserving that charming and luxurious French old style. Five stars customer service, the staff was great, the cleanliness and of course the Michelin restaurant they have inside the hotel which was a magic experience to try. When I come back I will stay in the same hotel."

"En arrivant j ai ete preleve de 4 chambres. Hors j avais reserve 2 chambres avec 2 lits.la petsonne du dimanche matin tres desagreable. Ne voulait rien savoir... De plus, l endroit pour le petit dejeuner est tres restreint pour le nombre de petsonnes etant ds l hotel ce week end..."

"Beautiful hotel very centrally located in Bordeaux. Rooms were lovely with coffee, tea, beverages in room. Breakfast was nicely presented with a lot to choose from. Staff was very helpful with directions and arrangements. If returning to Bordeaux, I would choose to stay at this hotel again."
