"It was ok and the staff was helpful, but the place needs renovation and updating badly. The PEPSI soda machine was giving out soda that did NOT match the pictures chosen. When I addeessed it with the front desk they told me I needed to call the number on the machine. Mind you, I'm from another state. I was hoping they would at least put a sign on the machine, but they didn't care. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be number 1 regardless."

"Staff were extremely helpful. The evening weather was so nice we wanted to sleep with our window open but the screen was not attached to the frame on 2 of 4 sides and there were many insects. I asked for a new screen and they had installed it while we were on our hike! So nice not to have to listen to another hotel fan cycle on and off all night long. I value quiet so that was great!
