"I had an extended layover in CLT from 7a-7p after a long red eye. The management worked with me for an early check in and I checked out around 5p. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy to do a little work, get some rest and then shower and change for the next leg of my trip. "

"Our room was ok, not wonderful but clean enough. It serves its purpose as a very convenient hotel to stay if you are spending only one night as it is close to the airport and right off the highway. Noise is a factor since planes are taking off and landing all the time. Plus the drapes in the room do not fully close and the lights shine quite brightly into the room. They do provide breakfast and there is a shuttle to take you to the airport."

Guest smoking weed in the parking lot when you first arrive the entrance smells like a whole smoke lounge. The staff isn't helpful rude and disrespectful, manager isn't available to speak to complain about your stay bad decisions I ever made in a hotel stay."
