"This is a beautiful property with great rooms. Mount Pleasant is right over the Ravenel Bridge in case you want to get to some of the sites of Charleston. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Stefanie and Ms. Tommie. Everyone was wonderful, and I will absolutely be back!"

"OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...

"We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site. However, the restaurant was closed during our stay. Also, we were excited to try the complementary breakfast of which this was non-existent. If you wanted breakfast it was a $15 charge. I am not a fan of false advertising, therfore, wanted to voice my disappointment."

"Don't stay here, we had issues with Wifi in the room the entire time, were told every day and night that it would be fixed soon, it never was. They could have moved us to a room with better Wifi but did not give us that option. Also there seemed to be zero communication of the issue from shift to shift, so every time we brought up the issue it was a surprise to the next person and we had to start the process over again. Manager also never responded to us to make it right. Very unfortunate so I...

"We booked our room over two months ago for Memorial Day weekend and when we went to go check in, they had given our room away, And then we had to find another hotel spur of the moment."

Rooms superb condition, Air condition good their is poor television selection no streaming available wifi requirements far too extensive requesting personal information highly inappropriate. Traffic areas in hallways carpets neglected nasty long term stains carpets need hot water extraction cleaning in rooms too"

"The room was excessively damp. The towels were damp and already wet, my clothes were damp same as the bedding. The head board had so much dust I was able to write the date with my finger. The noise from guests in the parking lot was heard late into the night. Won't stay there ever again."
