"The room was pretty, comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There's a restaurant on the premises but was changing management during my stay and was not open. I was not made aware of this when I booked my stay. It was very disappointing."

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."

"Room with so unclean. Dirty floors and fleas. Non smoking room but had clearly been heavily smoked in!!! After a 12 hour drive, I could not relax or rest. I felt so uncomfortable!! My 3 year old seemed stressed and uncomfortable as well!!! :( Never again!!!!"

"The controls of the shower were not operating correctly. I could not get the hot water to come out. The handle was stripped, and they should’ve known that they made clean the bathroom. They should know that the plumbing didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower in the room just wash up in the face bowl with sucked and I probably will not stay there again. I used to stay there all the time but now he can’t even get a hold of the front desk. They don’t even have a local number you end up calling...

"Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures."

"We stayed one night with a dog, reserving a 2 queen bed room. We opened the room door to an overwhelming smell, which they said was Pine Sol. The room did not have queen beds, but has 2 double beds. We asked for another room and received a king bed room at same price. The smell was a bit more tolerable. Room needs a makeover but it was clean and quiet. We asked & received extra pillows and blankets as the pillows were extremely soft and only sheets were provided. The temperature in the room was...

"Rooms were not clean and still had items such as used wash cloths and sheets in the room from previous occupants. WiFi was awful. Breakfast options were little Debbie’s. I was nervous about going up the stairs as they were broken and the metal posts stop two feet above the ground. There is about a 1/4 inch gap around the doors letting light in and possibly others. The bathrooms were falling apart and unventilated. Staff handed us sheets but didn’t change the bed that was stained from previous...

"We did end up staying at this hotel. We arrived and there were several work trucks with workers staying there. It was very noisy, and we did not even enter our room after looking through window. We turned back in our key and left. The lady at front desk was very nice, and this was not her fault. I sent message to have my money refunded with no response."
