"Another great stay at Richmond Guest House. Our go to accomodation for our stays in Wellington. The host John is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great for a stroll into the city centre. Free parking on the street is useful and there are great options for breakfast in the dining room. Thanks John."

"It was terrible. There wasn't any base fir the bed and very soft. It gave me a back problem. Flush of toilet leaking. Had to step in a puddle of water for a shower. It doesn't drain properly. The fridge was not cold enough that even the milk split. The staff didn't contact the manager. They only apologised but that's it. When ring up the the number no reply or disconnect the call and don't reply. They have not refunded the deposit. So how do I contact or complain. Expedia, you'll should...

The Viv Hotel WellingtonTe Aro, 0,6 km dari Mount Victoria
8.0 dari 10, Sangat bagus, (742 ulasan)
"Room was well maintained and clean. Although at first the bed mattress feels hard, I had a perfect sleep.
The shower was great and
there was even an iron available for use.
The Viv was close to the hustle and bustle of Wellington without it being too close.
I’ll definitely stay again."

"Check-in was mediocre was not feeling the happy, friendly vibe that so many reviews wrote about. However that change with other friendly approachable staff during the course of the stay especially with the check-out staff who actually showed me there was an internal door to the carpark when they swiped their card to get me to my car. Which would of been helpful if I had been told that at check-in. Overall very happy with the stay. Thank You."
