"This hotel wasn't quite what the reviews led us to expect.
After driving over 10 hours from South Florida with our family of five, we were looking forward to a smooth overnight stay. Based on the Expedia reviews and affordable rate, this seemed like a good halfway stop to our destination.
We arrived around 11:30 PM and stood in the lobby for about five minutes without seeing anyone at the front desk. I ended up calling the hotel from my cell phone, and someone immediately answered and came out...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...

"The room had a musty smell upon entering every single time. The carpet and stained curtains are dated and should be replaced. There appeared to be some mold growing on a wall in the bath room, or maybe it was dirt. The staff was lovely, and the free self-serve breakfast was standard fare. Parking was available and well-lit. This hotel is convenient to shopping, and we would stay there again."
