"Our sink drain was broken and would not drain at all. There was no available maintenance person at the time the issue was discovered. We were offered a change of room but we had a child already asleep so this wasn’t convenient.

"Checked in after a last minute family event. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious & it’s close to food, so that is a plus. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking situation. There doesn’t seem to be enough spots. I’d absolutely stay here again, but if you don’t get there early, who knows where you’d have to park."

"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia...
