"Perfect and comfortable hotel"

"This is a superb hotel. Architecture is simply amazing. It is was less crowded as compared to some of the other hotels on the strip. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Food at Diablo's Cantina restaurant was very good. I wish it was open in the morning as well. The Pyramid Cafe is open in the morning and the food was average. We only ordered vegetarian food though. The only issue with this hotel (and most Vegas hotels) is that there is no tea/coffee maker in the room. There is no...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
