"Para empezar no me han devuelto mi depósito después de casi 2 semanas, aún que la habitación quedó casi como me la entregaron. La limpieza nunca la hicieron a pesar que la pedí en la puerta con la señalización y por teléfono a la recepción. El baño todo el tiempo tuvo olor a pipi desde que llegamos. En general no me gustó ya que los vasos que ponen en el baño estaban sucios y no fue lo que esperaba por el precio que pagué. ESPERO QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DEPÓSITO !!!"

The hotel is conveniently located with great dining, shopping, and entertainment options all within Resorts World. The property felt upscale and well-maintained, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere and amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience...

"Hotel is in a great location. Habitat tower is loud and I was not able to connect to WIFI while in my room. Outside the hotel I had no problem with WIFI. GoPool VIP cabana was lots of fun. The main pool is very crowded and free seating there's not enough in July. Restaurants around the area and coffee shops are good."
