"The description does not match the actual property. I had a major issue in the room. The front desk agent was very helpful. He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate."

We were arriving with limited time to dress for a black tie wedding - 25 min away and the front desk helped us get into our rooms...thank you. "We stayed a night here following our visit to Hershey Park! Quiet and convenient location just a few miles from the park. The facility and room was cleaned. Breakfast is from 630a-930a quite a variety including gluten free options. Staff very friendly and polite."
