The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! Our room was on the 2nd floor and fortunately there is a tiny ancient lift that is just big enough for 2 people and a suitcase, the room was 'cosy' but big enough, the ensuite had a good shower with somewhere for your shampoo etc if you didn't want to use theirs, it could have done with a hook nearby for your towel but that's my only minor complaint.
