"Stayed at Chateau d’Urspelt to kickoff a 2 week trip in Europe from America. From the second we turned into the hotel grounds (which lies upon renovated castle grounds), we were so impressed. We immediately had our jaws on the floor with the overall ambience and beauty of the resort, and enjoyed time in the library on the first afternoon. "The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"I would call it a boutique hotel, charming, clean and with pretty spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding from front desk on. Bar was amazing, but not open Monday so that was a drag, but excellent drinks and ambiance"

"We had a corner room and it was really big, had a king size bed and another areas with sofa and tv. Bed was very comfy and the shower was very powerful. 5 mins from train station and 15 mins walk to the beautiful old town. great location we used the bad drop facilities and everything was great. No issues. Initially it didn't look as fancy as some of our hotels but it was a great surprise."
