"I was not impressed but I am trying to keep in mind that they are under newer ownership. The floors were very uneven, even in the elevator. I could not get the TV to go to a channel and there were no instructions. I am use to cable and this was a smart tv that was only apps but I was not putting my personal information on it. It was definitely run down. The hot down was down. The tub had all types of chips out of the enamel. I would like to give it a try again but maybe in a year or so."

But then they charged me for the hotel stay for the reservation they claimed they couldn't find. I've been trying to get a refund for two weeks and keep getting the run around, even after the manager said she couldn't find my reservation either. I believe they resold my room and that's why they couldn't find my reservation and don't want to admit it."
