"Das Fenster war aufgebrochen und ließ sich nicht komplett schließen.
Nach Ankunft gab's eine Mail, dass ein Mitarbeiter um 7:30 Uhr morgens (!) die kaputte Tür repariert. Auf unser darauffolgendes Feedback, dass auch das Fenster defekt ist, gab's natürlich keine Rückmeldung. Um 7:30 wurden wir dann selbstverständlich auch von dem Mitarbeiter geweckt.
Kommunikation fand anschließend keine mehr statt bzw währenddessen und unsere Beschwerden wurden ignoriert.

"The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos.
The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage.
If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before.
I didn’t find a broom or vacuum"

The only input , the bed in the master bedroom ( is a little bit un evenly firm )

"Very clean. Narrow stairs. Check-in is at another building with walking distance but easy to find.
Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Heaters are warm. Not very sound proof, I guess we were unlucky that guests upstairs were so loud and noisy. They were either smoking and talked loudly outside and when climbing stairs at 2am or dragging their suitcases down the stairs at 4am. We didn’t sleep that night and we only stayed for one night. "
