"The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward.
The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. The bathroom needs towel bars and nonslip tub mat or strips inside the tub. That was quite unsafe and felt a little scary when...

事前のお知らせがあったのかどうかわかりませんが、21時過ぎに避難訓練がありびっくりしました。※少なくともチェックイン時には説明はありませんでした
ティッシュペーパー切れやコインランドリーの使用などで何度か拙い英語でフロントに問い合わせたましたが、みなさん親切に対応してくれました。
エレベーターで一緒になった滞在の方もいい方で声をかけてれたりと気持ちのいい滞在でした。
トラムの駅から徒歩5.6分くらいで利便性も良かったです。"

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend.

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor.
Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine.
The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others.
I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel.
Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖"
