"Quiet area with some nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Everywhere we tried was excellent and very affordable. There are steep stairs leading up to the front door so keep that in mind if you have heavy baggage. There is a small elevator, enough space for 2/3 people or some b ch steep stairs. "The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. "

"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."
