"The hotel/ staff was unbelievable! I would highly recommend this hotel! My only suggestion is to make sure you know which view you are booking for your room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower when I booked a rooftop view room but apparently I didn’t and they wanted 700 more euro for a three night stay in a room with that view."

"The check-in process a CitizenM is super quick and I have always had a room ready no matter what time I have arrived. This is unusual in Paris! The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, will accompany you to your room if needed, and perhaps most importantly, exhibit teamwork as it is supposed to be. Location of this is also perfect as there is a little covered passageway or gallery that takes you from Hall 1 of Gare du Nord to the hotel. This is super convenient if it is raining! There is not need to purchase breakfast at this hotel as in Paris there are options if on a budget that are available everywhere. I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel is older each time but wear seems managed and it remains a 4 star experience for we who prefer clean, simple, efficient, and upbeat."

"We had an excellent stay here! Felt very safe. Staff were very welcoming and kind. The balcony and view is very romantic. Would have easily been a 5 star stay; however, the bathroom had a very foul potent smell that slowly got worse throughout the day. When the bathroom was cleaned the next day, it was better, but slowly got worse again and again. Other than that…we had an excellent stay"

"Cute and quaint hotel in the BEST area. Le Marais area is amazing - close to all the main attractions, but still feels intimate and very walkable around with so many cute cafes, restaurants, bars. In particular, the staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly, I felt like I was staying with people I already knew. In addition, they went above and beyond to help me out - I forgot my coat and sunglasses in the hotel and after communicating with them, they went out of their way to ship me my items. 100% would stay here again. "

"Absolutely a wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere and unbeatable location. Was traveling alone and felt completely safe close to great shops, restaurants and 2 min walk to major metro line!"
