"I was met by Adam who was absolutely outstanding in every way. He has the most lovely manner and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and more. It has been a long time since I've received such care in service. I was astonished by their price for a four-star hotel in such a central and great location. It will be my go-to in Montreal from now on."

"Very nice and spacious rooms. The bathroom was great. Clean all throughout. There was also a very nice smelling room already and sewing kit. Breakfast could be a bit better very generic but I liked how they had smoked salmon and bagels and cream cheese (very Montreal). The staff were good. The only problem was that there was a wedding downstairs therefore, the room was a bit noisy until midnight or so but none the less the bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep despite the noise."

The location was perfect, and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Samuel and Nicolas were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly as well. Tranquille (côté cours) même si c’est situé au cœur de l’action en plein dans le Quartier Latin… tout se fait à pied… café, resto, terrasses, bar, bistro… À quelques pas de la station d’autobus centrale. "The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, parking was a bit of a hassle. We couldn’t find the valet, and there was no one at the door. So, we parked on the street and asked the staff for help. They kindly informed us that we needed to check in first so they could issue us a ticket. We then presented the ticket to the person at the door, who was able to park our car. Overall, the staff was very helpful and accommodating."
