"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Rooms were larger than the usual European style rooms and the beds were actual queen size beds. Washroom was large. AC was very strong, a huge plus during the heat wave."

"Beautiful hotel and brilliant location. Quiet at night but not far from the centre of things. Exceptionally clean. Loved the never ending water machine in reception which also did sparkling water. Breakfast exceedingly good. The only thing which let our room down was that the contents of the mini bar were not cold but the friendly reasonably priced bar more than made up for it."

"Great location. Was a heatwave whilst here so useful to be able to pop back and spend an hour in the air conditioned room when it got too hot. We’re able to leave our bags and extend the key card to be able to come back and pick them up which was useful. Shower was fantastic. Room great. Beds comfy. Would use again."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. I had reservations about the room carpet though, especially with a hangover. Any return to Krakow would see me staying there again."
