"What an experience at this traditional but convenient setting with modern mixture. The staffs were wonderful and property was extremely well maintained. One minor concern is that they did not install any towel hanger so it was a bit uncomfortable."

"Location was great with easy walkability and access to subway and airport limo. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk helped my older parents make plans, navigate transportation, and gave great recommendations in both Seoul and Busan. One suggestion: towel hooks! Just somewhere to hang a towel in the bathroom would be great. Other than that, the place was perfect for our needs."

"In the heart of central Seoul, you have amazing access to so many great places to visit. To compliment that, this hotel was so exquisitely nice to stay in. The views are breathtaking of the palaces and other neighborhoods of Jongro (Jongno) and Insadong. The rooms are suburb and the staff help helped us with coordinating logistics practically every day that we were there. Top notch."

"Even though the building doesn't look old, there were issues. Shower drains were clogged on arrival. Water spilled over to the commode stall anytime someone uses the shower. Maintenance showed up to repair while we waited. It was frustrating as we were all tired and needed a hot shower. Everything in the room is in Korean language - washer, dryer, AC, microwave. A lot of guessing and Google Translate to get things working. The AC was either freezing or too hot. As for basic ameninites,...
