"Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!"

"The facility as a whole is pretty nice. 3 pools, a lazy river(looked dirty) and a hot tub. Lots of different things to do, tiki bar, snack place, a few nightly events. My room looked nothing like the pictures. Was not told the pet fee of $20 per night would also be taxed, room we had was very outdated, floors were nasty, toilet didn't flush all the way unless you stood there and held the handle down. "Well first surprise was long black curly hairs when I pulled back the sheets, got all that taken care of then tried to get on wi fi to look for places to eat but it didn’t work. Only took couple days to get that fixed, oh and elevators are terrible, sometimes they work but had to use the stairs a lot. Will never go back to this overpriced place."

"The room is adjoined to another condo which is not disclosed at booking. When the other condo has the door open, the A/C shuts off which was a major issue. When the A/C did kick on, it barely worked. An employee walked into our condo (the door WAS locked) without knocking. He had the wrong room. There was visible dust and dirt on the bathroom floor like it had not been cleaned at all. Blood like stains on the linens and under neath the bed looked like that’s where all the dirt got swept.
