"Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for...

The room was clean and easy to access, although the use of mechanical keys meant only one key per room, but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was simple, but hot with a few options, not just muffins and toast. A quick walk to the bus station allowed access to the city at a low price. "Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."
