"I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast.
