"The ladies at the reception were terrible more especially the short lady very rude and arrogant,it was my birthday I was supposed to spend 3days but we ended up spending 2days due to toilet always getting blocked,never seen a hotel without intercom you will always have to go to the reception,no quality movies on the screen and we told the receptionist and they couldn’t help again instead there reply’s were rude.i can never go back to such hotel.total waste of money."

"100% I will stay here in my next foray to London. The room was clean and fresh smelling. We availed ourselves to the continental breakfast and that was well-worth the 9 quid, not to mention convenient. It's only a few blocks to the train at Hounslow Central so you are at the outskirts of London in a vibrant, suburban community. It seems as if everything was close at hand to the Ibis. There is no shortage of food options just outside of the facility, ranging from exotic to well-known chains. The two pubs a stone's throw away were very reasonable and welcoming. The bangers and mash at JD Wetherspoon was superb. Forgot your favorite pair of pants or your rain gear? There's a Primark clothing store a few blocks away that won't strain your budget. Adjacent to the hotel is a grocery store that is open late and has prepared food if you're out late. The room served my purposes, staff was friendly and accomodating, and it is centrally located . I give it my high recommendation."

"The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel."

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "
