"Great location for central london access via bus/underground. Spacious rooms but very noisy in corridors at night (doors don't seem to keep out any noise). The four pillows provided quickly become as flat as pancakes ! Good wifi. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Will be in London again soon & may stay here again."

"Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait !"

"Very easy self check in before arrival making a quick way to our room. Polite and pleasant staff, warm and comfortable surroundings on a freezing day/night. Room was fully equipped with all we needed for our stay and a great breakfast the next morning. We also ate here the night before and enjoyed our meal as we had previous visits. Our 3rd stay here and just as good as the first time. Thank you."

"This hotel is wonderful. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities. The hotel is beautiful, it’s well maintained and in the process of sone restoration which was so discrete you couldn’t even hear it. The dining room is lovely, the menu is not extensive but everything is done well which more than makes up for it. The bar is also fantastic and the signature cocktails are all worth a try!
