"Beautifully decorated hotel with charming helpful staff. Good location apart from road noise from the junction. The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival. Our room seemed to have alot of flies for some reason despite the window being closed.The buffet breakfast was adequate but a little uninspiring. "The breakfast was refreshed on a regular basis which kept it fresh. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that there was only one lift in operation as the other was not in use."

"The hotel had a private function on. Deafeningly loud music. Very close t our and other guest rooms. We could not sleep. Nobody could sleep with that going on. Complained. They said it would go on until 1am. Absolutely awful"

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

"Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...

"My only recommendation is for some better upkeep on the building itself. Lots of scuffs, scratches, non-working outlets, and showers that all of a sudden become boiling hot. The staff were amazing!"
