"Big, clean room. Super king sized bed. Very reasonable price and excellent location, within easy walking distance of Ealing Broadway railway station. Nice batgroom, very clean, but shower was hit and miss. Hot then cold then hot. Made showering a bit of a pain. Also, carpet in bedroom was stained in several areas."

"A Wonderful Stay at The Royal Garden Hotel, London The Royal Garden Hotel right next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace, and within easy reach of Hyde Park. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from High Street Kensington Station. It is also not far from central London, and the No. 9 bus stop right outside the hotel, providing a direct and convenient connection to the city centre. Our room was clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The bed linen and duvet were lovely, and we slept very well every night. The hotel’s Western-style buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. All the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. We would especially like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ryan and Frenco at the front desk. When they learned that I needed to print a contract in Chinese, they immediately went out of their way to help me, without any hesitation. We are truly grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness. We wish them both happiness, good health and every success in life. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to another member of the front desk team, a tall, slim lady with curly hair, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. We greatly appreciate her kind assistance during our stay. We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 12 days, and our experience left us with many wonderful memories. If we visit London again, we will definitely choose The Royal Garden Hotel once more!"

"The location is fantastic. The staff was great. I checked in at 11am for the extra £20. That meant the room I booked wasn’t available but I made do. Only missing item was a desk. The rest of the place was great. No a/c - couldn’t recall if the room advertised it did - but with the window and wall fan it was plenty cool in October. I would stay here again."

"We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!"
