"Nice room and clean pool and spa facilities.
I've stayed here a few times, and unfortunately the main issue continues to be the staff. Aside from the restaurant manager, the service feels consistently cold and unwelcoming.
On my most recent visit there were four staff members behind the spa reception desk and not one of them acknowledged me when I entered. The restaurant service was also extremely slow.
The reception staff are the same, including the manager, who I believe is an Asian woman....
