"I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness"

We stayed 5 nights over two separate bookings. Special mention to the lovely Ukraine lady who was cleaning the room opposite us and encouraged us to use that rooms windows to get better video of the snowflakes falling. This was a lovely gesture.
