"This was the ideal hotel, GREAT STAFF, GREAT restaurants-all 3, GREAT location, Great Spa upscale, well maintained, very clean, beautiful lobby, staff takes care of everything. "The room was very clean and look as good as the photos online, the breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Staff was good and friendly. My only complaint is not with the hotel but the community itself, no one sleeps and the cars are very loud all night long, it was very difficult to sleep so we left earlier than originally planned. They need to have police clear that area or something because they will loose a lot of tourists like that."

"Hotel has very large rooms, mine was around 17m long, but shower cubicle was less than a metre, which didn't make sense. Shower was unpredictable and only once did I feel comfortable to continuous warm water. Hotel advertises 2 swimming pools, but there is only one, outside one which is not heated. Also advertises a SPA, which never worked and the person who I eventually found in the health suite did not want to discuss reasons and actually walked away.
