"The staff was very professional and nice. They speak English well so communication was no issue. The hotel itself is really comfortable and generally well kept. The room did seem smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but still not that bad. The only thing I would comment is that there is no laundry service on premises which the description on the website indicates. "I stayed here with my 6 year old daughter. Very close to Myeongdong market and easily accessible. Continuous flow of public transport and good connection with other parts. Plus airport limousine stops close by. The hotel have amazing roof top bar and restaurant. Evening time you would get and awesome view of Seoul city. The restaurant serves good food. Not too many options but delicious. Had a pleasant stay. Thank you. "

Amazing service, room and location
"Place was very very near Myeongdong street, it was right above the train station. The location was superb. The staff were very friendly and fluent in English hence making our check in that much easier. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage while we travel to Jeju. The room itself was clean and nice . It was a very good stay"
