"Parking was easy, the carpet in the room was dirty and had sime dirt stains, the computer system was down when checking in so we had to leave cash for the deposit. The hotel is old and it's individually owned and it is registered under an LLC that partnered up with Travelodge in order to use their name. I dont think i would stay there again."

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

"Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "

"As soon as I arrived, the front desk person greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The suite room was great as advertised, with minor defects here and there, but everything worked as it should. The staff (housekeeping) was on top of their game and provided and swapped anything needed. Overall, I would recommend this place and definitely book here again."

"Staff was helpful and very friendly. They brought clean towels very quickly up to our room. The provided us with some plates and utensils for our takeout. "

"When checking in the staff told me that the room I reserved and paid for (King size bed) is not available and told me that they only have a room with two full/queen size bed. Will not be returning here since they cannot keep the room I have paid for. "

"This hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. It was very clean and a great size property. All the amenities were great and useful, especially the microwave and in room fridge. It was also nice to have so much around the hotel, such as Target, restaurants, etc. I would definitely come back here and recommend this property."

"It’s a brand new building so everything is great!"

"The convenience to the park is the best thing. Please note there are no microwaves at all available, not even one in the lobby nor will they warm up something for you. If you have a little one that only eats certain food this was very hard for us. "

"Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature."

"Very run down. Shower was the worst part. No water pressure and half of the water still comes out the bottom. No hot tub which was disappointing "

"The photos they had on Expedia did not match the rooms or lobby. Rooms were ok but need to be updated some stuff was had wear and tear. Overall was a good experience the beds are comfortable was able to sleep good."
