"Love how everything right in one place"

"The room I had was super clean and very nice. However, the oceanfront efficiency room, did not have a balcony just a sliding door and railing which was a bummer. The view of the ocean was amazing! This resort is a one stop shop for pretty much everything you need (bar, restaurant, convenience store, pool front bar, live music). This was my second time staying here and it was great. The line for check in was super long, so please be patient. They need a couple more agents to assist with check in."

"Nice view, clean room….breakfast was horrible. Had the same food on the buffet from Tues-Saturday eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage. Housekeeping didn’t not come daily. Had to ask for toilet paper multiple times No microwave in room."

"We weren’t able to check into our room until almost 8 o clock at night. We got there at 3:30, checked in, but they told us to come back in an hour because the room wasn’t ready yet. When we came back, the line was so long for check in, I instantly began panicking after a 13 hour travel day wondering if we were ever gonna get our room. My two boys were with their Dad at the pool so I would go back and forth hoping for the line to die down. Around 7:30 pm I figured the line was not getting smaller so I chose to at last stand in the line. Noticing a new person on shift, I politely told the man I had already checked in hours ago and just need keys to our room. He allowed me to go in and spread check in and FINALLY got our room. In all the trips we’ve taken, nothing had caused me so much stress and anxiety then wondering if we were gonna be able to check in to our hotel that had been booked months in advance. Because of this, we won’t stay here again. We’ve stayed at the SeaCrest which we loved but chose Crown Reef because of the bigger water park. Not worth it!"
