I had a stay for Saturday the 26th when arrived I was rushed to unload when I have 15 minutes to do so they gave me 5. The staff was very rude. I make it to my room and the balcony door is broken the fridge door is broken the fridge drawer was broken. The fridge didn’t even work , the floors were disgusting. You could see under the door to the next room which was creepy. The pictures look nothing like the actual room

Staff did not offer key information when checking in ie how to navigate property, where to get pool towels, where room was located, property amenities etc. Room was dated, needed to be cleaned better, and needed some repairs. Pools needed repairs. Balcony was extremely hot due to ac unit exhaust and positioning of walls. Would not stay here again.

Hotel room was dirty, no shower curtain in the room, toilet stopped up, the ice machine was filthy, carpets in the hallways was filthy, and the hallways smelled like cat urine. The resort is very outdated, needs to be renovated.

Great value for the price! We loved the oceanfront view and the fact we could open our sliding glass door to listen to the band playing. The room was very clean, the bed was soft & comfortable (great for a side sleeper with sore shoulders). The halls and lobbies were warm but the room was nice & cool. The elevators seemed to be the biggest hold up of our time especially during check in/out times, there always seemed to be at least one not working in each bank. Ocean Annies was lots of fun with bands playing from about noon until 11pm with a sharp cut off time. Great resort and area for the 50+ crowd. Not a ton of children around. We rented an umbrella & 2 chairs for $110 for 3 days on the beach which was totally worth every penny. Lots of complaints in reviews had me a bit worried but i was happy with everything. If you want something perfect & fancy you are going to have to pay 4x the rate at a different place.

Our room was located on the side building with trash pick up at 4:00 am along with restaurant supplies beer trucks with their back up beeping. Very noisy and no sleeping in for sure. The resort itself was nice and we enjoyed. Will stay again just different tower.

Clean, friendly staff. Needs a few general maintenance issues addressed in the room. Nothing to wash dishes with in kitchenette. Website says “beach towels” in two different places so I didn’t pack any because I was flying and they are heavy and take up a lot of room in a suitcase. In actuality, you can only use them at the pool and are forbidden to take them on the beach leaving me without a towel on the besch until I bought one. The wording needs to be changed to state “pool towels only”. My least favorite part was lack of the view. Because of the shape of the building, I could only see a small portion of the ocean, no sunrises, no sunsets, etc. However, it got worse because I was on the top floor and the balcony wall is very tall concrete walls on those units. If you sat in the furniture on the balcony, you literally could see nothing but that concrete wall, regardless your height. So the balcony was completely useless. With a few minor tweaks, this resort could be great. Right now I would rate ot 3.5 out of 5.

The property was great walking distance to the beach loved that we had a really good room and was able to see all the performances from our balcony. The overall room was okay except there could be some improvements there is no lighting in the kitchenette so you have to cook with the bathroom light on which was weird. The floors were not clean which I found out when I waste something on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel it was gross. We had to change our room key three times because every time we left our room and went to go back in the key no longer worked. Housekeeping came around and collected our towels but never replaced them, so we had to go to the front desk to get towels.

It’s got everything you need. The room layout worked well for us with having 2 adults and 4 teenagers and allowed for some privacy. I don’t expect immaculate at any hotel in Myrtle, but this was unacceptable. Sheets and towels were stained, food from previous guest under the beds, all dishes were dirty in the cabinets. I also am okay with older or out of date accommodations, as long as it all works. Upon arrival, I emptied a coffee cup in the sink and rinsed it. It poured all over the floor. They were prompt in fixing it. Every bed had something broke. The sofa bed was missing a lot of bolts and would sit level. Only one burner on the stove worked. The hot and cold water are hooked up backwards in the kitchen sink. The dishwasher doesn’t drain. Our room wasn’t ready on time, despite having a very late check in time. They were very prompt in reminding us of the check out time, even though it is about an hour earlier than any other place I’ve stayed. Some staff interactions were great some were not. The good interactions were diminished by the employees that did well speaking poorly of the other staff members. There is a culture problem at the hotel. The culture problem is probably why the hotel is in such disrepair. This could be such a great place, if things were better cared for. All of that, but I would still consider visiting again. This is mainly due to the convenience of the room layouts and the price. I would bring my own mattress covers and sheets though.

Run down. DIRTY!!!! Extremely loud band playing music until 11 pm. No ability find any peace and relaxation. Pictures of the resort online grossly misrepresented the state of the facilities and cleanliness ... borderline fraud. Will be following up with expedia for a refund.

Need updates really bad, old Emerson tvs, old tables, drop cords behind furniture, service not professional, rooms not very clean, Swimming pool, lazy river and elevators way to small for the size hotel it is. I took pics but it won't let me submit. If it was updated we'd probably give it another chance

Very accommodating, we arricmved earlier than chk in. they made it possible to get in early. Very clean, lots of activiteis, outside bar had live misic everyday/ evening.

The place is amazing. The rooms are dated but the view is priceless. We didn't come here to stay in the room so that was not a problem. Great entertainment at the bar, pools, hot tub and view. Very budget friendly

Floors needed sweeping, no dust pan in room so I could do it my self. Had to ask for toilet tissue, no paper towels, brought my own.

My daughters and I immediately requested a change of room bc our initial room was uninhabitable; very dirty and smelly. The front desk staff member understood and moved us immediately. That room was better but still lacked freshness. We went out and purchased Lysol spray and wipes. Additionally, there was loud banging and police activity at about 4 am that same morning. We felt unsafe and I called Expedia to explained everything and they agreed that I should check out and find another accommodation. Anyone staying here should be cautious. The website info and actual accommodations are not the same.
