"The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day! The bed was also very low although comfortable. The bedding smelt lovely and it felt very safe in the area around the apartment and in the building. "

"Zona tranquilla, appartamento grande, con tutti i confort necessari. In zona non centralissima ma immediatamente a ridosso del centro e nell'arco di mezz'ora a piedi si può visitare tutta la città. Mezzi pubblici a breve distanza. Noi abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi soltanto per il trasfer dall'aeroporto, per le miniere di sale e per Auschwitz. Un market sotto l'edificio anche se poco fornito. Un bel terrazzo per gustare un drink al 6° piano dell'edificio dove si fa il checkin. Direi...

"Heel goede ligging, dichtbij het oude centrum (5 min lopen) en het hoofdtreinstation (2 min lopen, 17 min trein vanaf de luchthaven). Er zijn genoeg horeca gelegenheden in de nabije omgeving en een groot winkelcentrum aan het treinstation."

"Disappointing. Started with the transport from the airport I had confirmed with the apartment manager many times not showing (got a bolt for 1/3 the price). Room was dirty (had to wear shoes because floor was gritty, sink had food debris, glass tv stand had dust, etc) Was advertised as three kings but was 6 twins two of which were broken. Iron leaked and laundry in apartment was a washing machine only. No dryer. WiFi never worked (they were contacting the provider). Was ice cold when we arrived....

"An absolute wonder, the apartment was so big and the host is amazing, as well as the lady who works there. It's 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Wavel Castle and therefore the center. Thank you so much, it even had umbrellas in the lobby for the rain. It has a store right at the corner. Also several restaurants and a beautiful park. You can also visit The illusions museum nearby"
