"Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."

"The hotel had some problems with a water leak and there was not water in all hotels. Management committed for a compensation because we had two days with that problem and they never helped with a discount"

"Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel. "Hotel is conveniently located to the medical center , museum and rice village. Staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating to guest needs. Floors/rooms appear to be recently updated. Plenty of sitting space in lobby and bright areas to work. Bar/ food service in both lobby and outdoor pool area . Market in lobby has takeout food and delicious snack and dessert choices. One minor downside is a narrow parking garage shared with another business but elevator is convienet to the lobby once...

"Shower curtain had holes where mounts to pole. The tv was small and picture quality was just not sharp. Water leaked from the a/c unit. Kinda had a gap about quarter inch at the bottom of door. If you need a shuttle to airport forget it"
