"Our fourth trip there so that tell's you how much we love it. The staff, primarily the local grown staff, are incredibly kind and engaging. The food is at the same level with a "Thank You Cake" on our last night, a Breakfast Chef who made special gluten free pancakes for my Daughter N Law, and the Head Chef delivering a Crab Macaroni & Cheese to "test" for their Summer menu. "First room they took us was basic with no balcony then stuff said this is what they have then called someone and took us to 3rd floor gave us crappy room no city view which we clearly paid for room had a mouldy smell floors were cracked and stained "

"Our lagoon room was perfect, nice view and balcony but more affordable than the duplexes Staff are super friendly and all the food we had was top notch Enough activities and amenities to fill your day without getting bored We also organised a full day sail with Rosie’s tours on site which was super convenient and we had so much fun Would 100% recommend, we will be back!"
