The staff took a picture of my bank account and Expedia transaction number so I’m hoping Expedia will sort this out with the hotel. This was very disappointing as it was difficult trying to tell the receptionist that I had already paid and trying to prove it. This never happened with Expedia before so hopefully this won’t happen again."
