Unfortunately the room was lack luster, which is understandable for a budge hotel, however my specific room was showing its wear(specifically the carpet) and was also a bit smelly and musty, possibly from being damp a some point or previous inattentive guest?… turning on the hvac unit onto dehumidification worked well after...

Not removing a star for this, but the keypad entry thing for the elevator is annoying - it's like the one thing they cheaped out on during the remodel and it makes no sense given the quality of everything else."
