"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. Front staff not very welcoming and didn’t have great customer service any time we went to speak to them and at check in. This hotel is at a wonderful location across from the train atation and shopping but that’s about the only...

"The hotel was very nice. The room was incredibly small though. I understand many hotel rooms are in Japan, but this was the smallest of all five of our hotels by quite a bit. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk away from asakusa station. This was only an issue when we had our luggage and you would be able to taxi if needed. The staff were all very kind, and the property was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are solo traveling."

"This ryokan was excellent-George very close to the temple and metro station in Asakusa. The staff were very helpful giving us great restaurant recommendations. The room itself was spacious – by far the most spacious we’ve had in our two week trip. We really struggled in some places – especially the business Hotel with space .The hot baths at the top of the building were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. This was our favourite accommodation."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Tokyo Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, zudem ist das Hotel vom Flughafen Haneda aus ohne Umstieg erreichbar. Besonders praktisch: Wir konnten unsere Koffer bereits am Morgen des Anreisetages im Hotel abgeben. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war funktional eingerichtet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zusätzliche Couch mit Sitzkissen, die es ermöglicht hat, sich nicht ausschließlich im Bett aufzuhalten. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine war einfach...

"I loved this hotel! It was so clean, quiet, and in a great location close to Senso-ji and so many great restaurants. Only negative was the bed was pretty hard, but the room was otherwise so comfortable that I still slept great. The AC was nice and cold, too, which was a welcome reprieve from the Tokyo heat. Staff were super nice and welcoming, as well. Loved the in-room coffee & tea that was provided, as well as the refill stations for water. Highly recommend staying here!"
