"The hotel was very nice. The room was incredibly small though. I understand many hotel rooms are in Japan, but this was the smallest of all five of our hotels by quite a bit. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk away from asakusa station. This was only an issue when we had our luggage and you would be able to taxi if needed. The staff were all very kind, and the property was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are solo traveling."

"It is a very-well located business style hotel in Asakusa. The location is very good for the neighborhood, but it is not very close to transit, and the transit that is near is pretty distant from many other Tokyo neighborhoods. Other than Akihabara, expect many transfers and long rides. The rooms are very small, as is the case with many business hotels. There was hardly enough room for two people, so make sure you are comfortable with your roommate. Otherwise, the cleaning staff were very thorough and the hotel was very clean. It is a very short walk to the hustle and bustle of Asakusa, so if you are intending to enjoy that, it can hardly be beat. Also, it's very close to a 7/11 and Don Quijote, meaning it is very convenient for shoppers."

"Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)"

"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. Front staff not very welcoming and didn’t have great customer service any time we went to speak to them and at check in. This hotel is at a wonderful location across from the train atation and shopping but that’s about the only reason to stay here."
