The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away."

"The hotel was very nice. The room was incredibly small though. I understand many hotel rooms are in Japan, but this was the smallest of all five of our hotels by quite a bit. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk away from asakusa station. This was only an issue when we had our luggage and you would be able to taxi if needed. The staff were all very kind, and the property was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are solo traveling."

"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. Front staff not very welcoming and didn’t have great customer service any time we went to speak to them and at check in. "Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)"

"Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy. Everything you need. Great location. Comfortable. Staff was responsive when needed. Good basic hotel. Roof top deck has a wonderful view of Tokyo Skytree lit up at night."

"This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still close to the train station so that getting around is easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and stove top. Also the washer/dryer in unit is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This ryokan was excellent-George very close to the temple and metro station in Asakusa. The staff were very helpful giving us great restaurant recommendations. The room itself was spacious – by far the most spacious we’ve had in our two week trip. We really struggled in some places – especially the business Hotel with space .The hot baths at the top of the building were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. This was our favourite accommodation."
