"The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. "We stayed at the Harris for the night after flying in late before heading to Gili Islands. We were pleasantly surprised ! Room was very comfortable, the pool was very refreshing and the breakfast only 150k. Plenty on offer. So close to airport as well so very handy. Will stay here agin that's for sure!"
