"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. "This Resort is gorgeous and affordable. The Architecture is miles ahead the vast majority of competing resorts. The rooms are clean and roomy and have great views. Upgrading to a suite is much more affordable than is normal . But the staff is the best part. The respect and friendly help they give their customers is what makes this place so special. You can stop looking for the best resort in your budget. You found it."
